Joseph Syrett was granted new full licence at the Annual Licensing Session, Tuesday 30th August 1864. Address as Bull Close Road in 1892. On Thursday 9th February 1905 the Chief Constable objected to licence renewal owing to the back doors opening into enclosed yards common to other tenements. However the objection was withdrawn and the licence granted. Licence not renewed 1963 |
