First identified 1858. In 1939 Charles Cooper is given at 62 Rupert Street and James Cooper at 27 Norfolk Street. By 1950 Mrs Gladys Parker is given as licensee at 62 Rupert Street but George Parker is said to be at 27 Norfolk Street. 1956 finds Mrs Gladys Plunkett at 62 Rupert Street and Victor Plunkett at 27 Norfolk Street. Both the Rupert Street and Norfolk Street
premises are recorded as being damaged by enemy action 27/29.04.1942.
