employed on Saturdays. Legge claimed that they were not employed, they
were rewarded by tips from the customers, but he acknowledged that he
also gave them 2s each.
He was fined £1 on each case, ordered to pay insurance arrears of £3 1s
6d and £3 3s special costs. |
