At the Licensing Sessions held 31st August 1852 the application for a full licence was granted by the magistrates. Address as Spitalfields in 1854, 1856 & 1868. As at 31 Plumstead Road 1896. At the Norwich Licensing Session held Friday 24th August 1900 it was heard that the house had a connecting door into the adjoining cottage, 31, Ketts Hill. The objection to licence renewal was to be heard at another date, at the adjourned session. Adjoining cottage, to the east, allowed to be taken in at the General Annual Licensing Meeting of 02.09.1900. Offered To Let March 1901 with Early Possession. Apply Morgans Brewery Co. Ltd. Seriously damaged by floods 27/28.08.1912 Licence removed to the CAUSEWAY TAVERN, 18.07.1939 by special
