Lot No. 4 in the sale by auction, Thursday 8th November 1860, of Small Investments in St. Martin's at Oak and St. Mary's.
This Lot apparently including a Shop and House, occupied by Mills and two Tenements occupied by Barnes and Bray.
The public house, let to Mr. Bullards at £18 per annum, adjoined Lot No. 3 which was a Hairdresser's Shop which also had two Cottages, occupied by Broom and Ellis.
Lots 1 and 2 consisted of Cottages, Dwelling Houses and two Shops with a total of 7 occupants.

Possession of the Public House to be given at Christmas 1860.
