In Occupation of Moses Fulcher and others, at the yearly rent of £26 6s." For Sale by Auction, Saturday 7th November 1795. (Lot 3) With Stable and Garden thereto belonging. Also several Dwelling Houses, Tenements and Gardens adjoining. The death of 6 year old Daniel Long was held here 22nd January 1823. He had ventured too close to the fire at the Prince Ferdinand and his clothes ignited. Verdict "Accidental death". S&P documents state that the house was not supplied after November 1840 since the house was "Taken from us, Michaelmas 1840 ". |
