He had previously been servant to George Morse Esq. of Catton Park, for 17 years.

Advertised To Let, 5th July 1851. Described as a Spirit Shop and Chop House, in Full Trade. Mr. Richard Plane was relinquishing the property since he had engaged a Brewery.
