The Norfolk Chronicle of 26th August 1893 confirms that the the licence was given up in order to keep the licence of the BUILDERS ARMS, Pottergate.

However licensees of the QUEEN VICTORIA are given until 1925.
(Although the same names appear under the BUILDERS ARMS in the licence Registers).
