 Mrs. Charlotte Carter named as landlady of the Shoulder of Mutton in the 
	trial of Joseph Frost, April 1859, in the "Case of the broken pail". 
			Frost, of St. Faiths, had knocked a stave out of a pail, causing 1s 
			6d of damage. Mrs. Carter did not desire to press charges but he was 
			ordered to pay for the damage and costs.
