Comprising an entrance passage, porter-room, tap-room, bar, pantry and wash-house, on the ground floor; a club-room, sitting-room, large back-room, landing, and water closet, on the first floor; 2 bed-rooms and closet on the upper floor; with 2 staircases and wine, beer and coal cellars. Also, 4 stables with stalls and standing for 21 horses, granary, haylofts, and bins, situate in a large yard near to the Inn. An extensive trade having been carried out for many years in these old established premises. Very great improvements taking place in Briggs' Lane will conduce to increase it. Enoch Child announced in the Norfolk Chronicle of 19th August 1843 that having been Licensed Victualler at there premises for the past year, he intended to present a Petition to the Court of Bankruptcy...
