23rd March 1832 : Formerly of Wymondham, Carpenter, Farmer and Machine-man;
afterwards of the hamlet of Lakenham, Carpenter; and late the same place
Carpenter and Publican.
Part of the estate of brewer Thomas Foyson, who died prior to March 1832.

late Thomas Davey, who had taken of some of the Foyson Estate c1833.

Address as Mill Street in Whites 1845 directory.
Offered for sale by auction Friday 24th August 1849. Described as a Capital
and new-erected Freehold Public-house, in occupation of Messrs. Morgan and
Co., or their undertenant, with Garden and piece of Land adjoining.
`The only Public-house in the street and situated next to the intended
Railway, in a very populace district, and might be one of the best houses in
the neighbourhood.'
