and the CROWN & ANCHOR.
The new house opening 13th December 1939.

Building damaged by enemy action (undated, but by 1943).

Stood between the STAR & GARTER and the STAR HOTEL.

Purchased by S&P 21.01.1952 for £12,000.

Closed by Watney Mann (East Anglia) Ltd (28?) 25.02.1974

Site became a bank.
