December 1877 - Messrs Hogge & Seppings contributed £3 towards the £10 cost of paving the footway in front of the Dock Tavern, and as far as the gateway, three feet wide, inclusive of curb of Staffordshire bricks, and of repaving the roadway. One of 19 houses purchased by S&P 3rd July 1931 for a total sum of £21,600 Damaged by enemy action 13th March 1941, 10th November 1941 and again 22nd July 1942 Licence surrendered
