has been carried on for nearly thirty years, in connexion with a
considerable Malting, Hop, Corn and Coal Business.
The premises consist of a Counting Room, pump and Bottle Room, Brewery,
three Tunning and Store rooms,
Porter Store, Mill House, Grinding and Retail Malt Chamber, Large Granary,
Coal Vault, Stable, Hay and
Straw House, Chaise House and Cart Sheds, and a Yard on the East side
thereof, with a right of Carriage way therefrom into and along a private Road adjoining thereto, into the Public
Street called Pound Street, paying aproportionate part of keeping said Road in repair; and also a right of
Carriage way (being the front entrance)
through the Yard on the West side of the premises into High Street.

purchased the estate for the sum of £500, paying a deposit of £100 on the day of sale.
