` All that Newly-erected Brick and Tiled PUBLIC HOUSE called the `CROOK',
and a substantial built Cottage adjoining thereto, with convenient
out-buildings, yards and gardens, and a well of excellent water therein.
The above Property is Freehold and pleasantly situated next the public road
leading from East Rudham to Helhoughton and now in the several occupations
of Mr. Jacob Harrison and Mr. W. Tipple.
The Sale will commence at Six o'clock in the Evening.'
