With Stables, Coach House, Butcher's Shop, Skittle Ground, Barn, yards, Sheds for Stock and Pump etc. Remarkably situated with a large draught for Beer, Porter and Spirits. Under lease to Messrs. Steward, Patteson, Finch and Co, for 21 years from Michaelmas 1847 at the annual rent of £35. Offered to let 14th July 1855, with good stabling, Coach House, Nine-pin Ground and small garden. House in full trade with immediate possession. Offered to let March 1858, with good stables and every convenience for doing a large trade - Apply Messrs., Steward, Patteson and Co.
