said he thought the window had been covered by a rug, but it was only a

John Leggatt, who gained the licence December 1876 was previously
Drill-instructor to the No. 1 Company, 3rd Norfolk Rifle Volunteers.
Mr. John H. Farrow was found guilty, on Monday 7th February 1904, of driving
a horse and cart on the 22nd February without a light.
Mr. Farrow explained that the light had gone out when he was a few yards
from his door, but he was fined 1s and costs.
Licence referred for Compensation 7th March 1930.
Licence extinct 31st December 1930.
