Fine of £10 on Monday 5th August 1872 for having sold bottles of beer from his cart without appropriate licence. On 17th May he had sold 2 men at Egmere parish with a pint each and a third man with a half pint

Monday, 28th April 1890 - Fine of 3s and 17s costs fore an assault on Mrs. Emily Parnell. Mr. Keable had been accused of throwing stones over a 10ft high fence and hitting Mrs. Parnell as she hung out her linen on 11th April. It was admitted that she had not actually seen Keable throw the stones, but there was ill-feeling between the families.
Friday, 16th May 1890 - Accused of being responsible for damage to a cart and harness, hired from Bennaton Chastney for a period of one year. Damage was said to be worth £3 5s, but the cart was only worth £2. Mr. Keable was ordered to pay 14s for harness repairs and such sum as certified necessary to repair the cart.
Friday, 27th June 1890 - Following a claim of £3 4s 10d from Bennaton Frank Chasney, and a counter claim of £3 0s 4d, the Clerk to the Registrar awarded 4s 6d to Mr. Chastney.
Monday, 30th June 1890 - Bound over, with one surety, to keep the peace for six months (and to pay costs of 6s) having been accused of an assault on Bematon Frank Chasney on 18th June.

William Keeble is living at Fakenham Road according to the 1898 Register of Electors, having previously being at the Norwich Arms.


 


It was reported 3rd December 1870 that Jonathan Baterley pleaded guilty to a charge by Police-constable Storey, of keeping his house open at illegal hours on 8th November 1870.
