On 24th October 1851, James Tuddenham, beerhouse keeper, was charged with keeping a disorderly house. He was fined £1 and 9s 6d costs and given a warning that in the case of a repeat offence, a fine of £10 would be inflicted.

Named in census returns and in S&P record dated 1916 to 1932.

Trade reported February 1909 as 43½ barrels per year.

Closed by compensation and sold 1922
