The Norfolk Chronicle of 10th February 1906 reported that the licence had been referred to Walsingham Licensing Justices for Compensation. Licence renewal refused 21st June 1906 and referred to Compensation. Referred again for Compensation 18th April 1907. The house remained in the hands of Bullard & Sons until 29th November 1927, when final settlement of outstanding rent was made to the Earl of Leicester. Site later occupied by the CO-OP |
