Lot 1. All that compact BREWERY, Dwelling House and Liquor Shop called the
Golden Dog, in the occupation of Mr. James Hubbard, who has carried on a most
prosperous trade for many years, comprising brewery for ten barrels, tun room,
three store-rooms, large store cellars, and three upper store-rooms, ware
houses, yards, &c.
The House consists of Liquor Shop, (most conveniently situated on the corner of
Golden dog Lane), counting room, entrance hall, dining room, kitchen and
offices, drawing room, and four bedrooms, all in the most complete repair.
Lot 2. The Shop and Dwelling House adjoining Lot 1. in the occupation of Mrs.
Cooper, comprising Shop, keeping room and four bed rooms, yard and conveniences,
together with a small Shop adjoining, under let by Mrs. Cooper.
The above properties being held under a Lease from the Mayor, Sheriff, Citizens
and Commonalty of Norwich, dated 21st September in the 11th year of the reign of
Queen Elizabeth, for the term of **five hundred
years.

J.H. begs to state that his WINES & SPIRITS are of the best
quality; also that he has always ready for immediate use, a large stock of
LONDON STOUT PORTER, SCOTCH, EAST INDIA and HOME-BREWED
ALES in Bottles.
