Note:-
In 1836 James Ulph is given at the GEORGE IV , Ber Street.

In 1840 he is given at the NEW BREWERY
and in 1845 at the TRUE BRITON. From 1853 to 1856
he is named the THREE TUBS, but back at the NEW BREWERY
in 1860.
It appears that these three houses are the same property in Barrack Street.
