All the Household Furniture &c., of William Crannis was to be
Sold by Auction Saturday 7th October 1837.
Offered for sale by auction Friday 9th July 1841 including Buildings, Yard
and Gardens in occupation of Mr. Howard. Also a Cottage and Shoemaker's Shop
adjoining in occupation of Mr. James Cranness.
Possession from 10th October ( Michaelmas Old Style)
The shoemakers shop adjoined and was also owned by Cann & Clarke.
The house became the RAILWAY in 1846
