With four Stables, a Granary, Bake-house, Brew-house, Dairy, Yards,
walled-in Garden, and a Pightle of Land adjoining, of about an Acre.
Messrs. Archer and Whistler advised, November 1787, that their Waggon
would travel from Wells to the Four Swans, Bishopgate, London, every
Tuesday morning. One of the collection points for goods was the King's
Head, Hempton.
